Elizabeth C-1 School District is rated High amongst it’s peers. Elizabeth High School has a Champion 3A & 4A Athletics Department. Deer Creek Farm does allow chickens and outdoor RV parking which is something that Spring Valley Ranch does not.  The water is a community system and each home has it’s own septic tank.
